In order to return goods to carphoneholders.co.uk, we request that you follow our returns procedure. You must email us the reason why you wish to request to return goods to us, stating the reason behind the return, all items returned to us must be as new, in the intact original packaging and unused in any way. We do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or credit items based on these reasons, as all goods returned must be in a state ready for immediate re stocking and re selling.
